Unwashed, air pressure cleaned and wiped down by hand. Hand inspected for punctures and deep scratches

VERY IMPORTANT

 Our quality checklist:

No scratches that push other side of cylinder

No dents

No punctures

No wear, or very little wear, on inner teeth inside cylinder where clutches ride
